– Final balance will be due by check no later than June 30th, 2024
– Travel insurance option, payment and trip details will be emailed to registered participants from Marla.
– If you have to cancel there will be a $10.00 per person cancellation fee.

BOOKING INFORMATION: (Please read)
1. Select the appropriate ticket below.
For Single Room Ticket – Select 1 Attendee & fill out the Information.
For Double Room Ticket – Select 2 Attendees and fill out the information.
For Triple Room Ticket – Select 3 Attendees and fill out information.
**If you have more than 3 people in your party do any combination of tickets to complete the reservation.
2. The first Attendee is you if you are attending. (We Need your Name and Email Address if attending)
3. Just put down the names of the other attendees and then check out (Fill out the Manifest / Room List)
4. At checkout enter your billing information and payment information and submit.
5. You will receive a ticket for each attendee.  If you entered their emails they will get the ticket
6. Check-in at the bus the day of the trip.  Marla will have a list of everyone attending.
