Chicago Overnight Bus Trip Featuring Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament

Join Davison Travelers and Route 23 Tours as we head to Downtown Chicago for a day of shopping, exploration, feasting, fighting, and fun. We will first head to the Magnificent Mile. The name says it all. You will have 4 hours to enjoy the sights, sounds, and tastes that Chicago has to offer. Make sure to grab lunch, but save room because we have a feast planned for later in the evening. This evening enjoy a four course Royal Feast, cheer on your knight as he jousts, does amazing feats, and fights in hand to hand combat. Will our knight come out victorious? We shalt see! Queen Isabella is so accommodating that she has a group photo planned, a slice of her favorite cake, a cheering banner to cheer our knight on, and a frozen slushie. She knows we have been on a long journey and she wanted to show her gratitude. Afterwards we’ll return to our hotel and get a good nights rest for tomorrow we will visit the infamous Navy Pier!

*Royal Feast: Garlic Bread, tomato bisque soup, roasted chicken, sweet buttered corn, herb-basted potato, dessert of the Castle, coffee, and two rounds of select beverages
*Vegan / Vegetarian Meal: Hummus, warm pita bread, carrot and celery sticks, three bean stew with fire roasted tomato and brown rice, fresh fruit or Italian ice, coffee and two rounds of select beverages.
*Gluten Free Meal: tomato bisque soup, hummus, carrot and celery sticks, as well as the main course of roasted chicken, sweet buttered corn and herb-basted potato. You receive your choice of fresh fruit or Italian ice for dessert

12:00 PM CST Drop-off – Downtown Chicago, 200 E Chicago Ave
4:00 PM CST Pick-up – 200 E Chicago Ave
5:00 PM CST Check-in – Hyatt Regency Schaumburg
6:00 PM CST – Depart hotel for Medieval Times
6:15 PM CST to 9:15 PM – Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament
9:30 PM CST – Return to Hotel for night

10/15/23 –

9:30 AM CST – Check-out
10:00 AM CST – Depart Hotel for Navy Pier
11:00 AM CST – Drop-off at Navy Pier
2:00 PM CST – Pick-up at Navy Pier
8:00 PM – Return to Davison, MI

Reservation Information – Last Day to Sign-up is August 6th, 2023
– Limit 52 seats available / 28 Rooms
– Please specify if you have any dietary needs, food allergies, etc. upon sign-up. Select your meal option upon sign-up.
– Please note if you are allergic to horses or have issues with strobe lighting as it might affect those with sensitivities
– No refunds will be given after the August 6th 2023 unless a replacement is found.
– Full payment is due upon sign-up.
– All cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card and processing fees.
– No Children under the age of 5.

2. The first Attendee is you if you are attending. (We Need your Name and Email Address if attending)*
3. Just put down the names of the other attendees and then check out (Fill out the Manifest / Room List)
4. At checkout enter your billing information and payment information and submit.
5. You will receive a ticket for each attendee.  If you entered their emails they will get the ticket
6. Check-in with the ticket or just with your names at the bus the day of the trip.
